Cindy Ashley, CDA-Office Manager
Cindy is our Office Manager and a Certified Dental Assistant. Her knowledge of clinical skills is essential when helping the patients and staff with any issues. She can help our patients with billing, appointment and clinical matters. In her spare time Cindy volunteers in the community and beyond, fueling her passion for public health.
Suzie Farrington-Appointment Coordinator
Suzie is the Appointment Coordinator for our child patients, she can also help with adult appointments. Whether you are scheduling while in the office or by telephone, Suzie she will be the friendly smile that helps you find an appointment to fit your needs. She plays a big role in our clinic’s wonderful atmosphere. In Suzie’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.
Jennifer Smithey-Check in Receptionist
Jennifer will here greet you when you come into our office for any of your appointments. She will be able to help answer any insurance or billing questions. She can help get you qualified for our sliding fee scale discount program. Jennifer enjoys going listening to Podcast while taking walks with her dog.
Lisa Goad-Scheduling Coordinator
Lisa will be here to help you get checked out at the end of your appointment, as well help get you scheduled for any return visits that you may need here at the clinic. Lisa is in charge of our patient referrals. If you have to be referred out of the clinic to a specialist, she will help get you directed where you need to go. Lisa’s sweet demeanor will put you at ease and help you look forward to your next visit with us.
Nely is a vital member of our staff. She is an interpreter for patients who speak limited English. She not only helps with front desk task; she interprets for our clinical staff during procedures. It is her goal to make sure our limited English-speaking patients are comfortable and feel taken care of. Nely completed her dental interpretation training through The Interpreter Training Series of Northwest AHEC. In her spare time, she does volunteer work and also enjoys painting and cooking for others.
