Cindy Ashley, CDA: Assistant Executive Director
Cindy is our Assistant Executive Director and a Certified Dental Assistant. Her knowledge of clinical skills is essential when helping the patients and staff with any issues. She can help our patients with billing, appointment and clinical matters. In her spare time Cindy volunteers in the community and beyond, fueling her passion for public health.
Suzie Farrington: Adult Appointment Coordinator
Suzie is the Appointment Coordinator, and she can also help you with referrals. Whether you are scheduling while in the office or by telephone, Suzie she will be the friendly smile that helps you find an appointment to fit your needs. She plays a big role in our clinic’s wonderful atmosphere. In Suzie’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.
Diane: Child Appointment Coordinator
Diane is the friendly face you and your children will see when you check out.
In her spare time Diane loves to be with her family camping, is an active member in her church and she loves to read. We are sure you will love Diane as much as we do!
Jennifer Smithey: Virtual Assistant
Jennifer is our Virtual Assistant that handles all of our insurance and billing needs. Jennifer enjoys going listening to Podcast while taking walks with her dog.
Lesly Fuentes, CDA: Check-In Receptionist & Interpreter
Lesly is one of our receptionists, she will greet you with a big smile and help you with any appointment needs. She is also a Certified Dental Assistant, and one of our interpreters and helps us communicate with our Spanish-speaking patients. On her spare time, Lesly spends time volunteering to her community and spends time with her family and dog.
Paola Pacheco: Financial Coordinator & Interpreter
Paola is our interpreter and one of our front desk receptionists. She graduated from Wilkes Community College and she attended LMC for Criminal Justice. She is very caring and helps patient and staff communication with our Spanish speaking patients. Paola will also help you when you call with any questions and help schedule your next appointment at check out. In her free time, Paola enjoys spending time with family and friends.
